Srikanth has an experience of over 23 years in sales and consulting across IT products, services and BPO in the US and Latin American markets. In his 11 years stint with Infosys, he was instrumental in establishing the footprints for Finacle, a banking product in Latin America and the Caribbean markets. Based on this vast experience, he founded M-Axis Partners LLC, to provide USA market entry and sales services to start ups, small and mid-sized corporations in the IT domain.
Srikanth is a BTech from IIT, Bombay, India and, an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, India. His career spans across diverse roles from program managing large banking transformations, to the CIO of a bank, to a business leader building a market for a product company. This has equipped him with skills of successfully converting strategic intent to strategic goals and achieve results. His consultative selling approach and his personal demeanour of managing multi-functional teams to focus on a common goal contributes to his success.
Lopa has a span of over 14 years of professional experience in start-ups and established market leaders across industries. This has inculcated an ability to understand human behavior as well as the dynamics of business with multiple perspectives. Working with C-level executives across Asia, Australia, Europe & North America has helped her to focus on business objectives and to envisage ‘the bigger picture’ throughout her career. Her business acumen and technical expertise ensured equal success with IT products, ITES, consulting and education services. Willingness to explore new domains has helped to multi-task across technical, functional, and business roles with confidence. Her exuberant personality and sense of empathy has enabled building and retaining rapport with clients, peers, superiors, and her teams.
